International Sales & Business Development
Position at Joining: Business Development Trainee
Post-Training Role: Business Development Associate / Sales Associate

Job Summary
The organisation is hiring freshers and recent passouts for its International Sales and Business Development function.
Selected candidates will undergo four months of structured training in product understanding, international lead generation, outbound sales communication, client research, proposal preparation, quotation coordination and sales follow-up.
Candidates who successfully complete the training and meet the required performance standards may be appointed as Business Development Associates / Sales Associates, subject to final management approval.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services.
Identify and research potential clients in assigned international markets.
Generate, qualify and maintain leads to support the sales pipeline.
Make outbound international sales calls and communicate with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present suitable products or solutions.
Prepare business proposals, quotations, Proforma Invoices and related sales documents.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain professional client relationships.
Support negotiations, lead conversion and sales-closure activities.
Coordinate internally for pricing, documentation, order processing and client requirements.
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, proposals and sales status.
Contribute to international market expansion and business growth.
Required Skills
Strong spoken and written English communication.
Confidence in international calling and client interaction.
Good presentation, persuasion, negotiation and follow-up skills.
Ability to research potential clients, industries and target markets.
Professional email-writing and business-communication skills.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet research.
Basic understanding of export-import processes will be preferred.
Technical or mechanical product knowledge will be an added advantage.
Ability to prepare proposals, quotations and client-facing documents.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-management ability.
Self-motivated, disciplined, confident and results-oriented approach.
Willingness to learn, accept feedback and work toward assigned targets.
Candidate Profile
Fresh graduates and recent passout candidates may apply.
Candidates interested in international sales, exports and business development will be preferred.
A background in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Mechanical or another relevant discipline will be advantageous.
Candidates must be comfortable communicating with international clients through telephone calls, email and virtual meetings.
The role requires working from the Mahindra World City, SEZ, Jaipur office.
Training and Career Progression
Selected candidates will initially join as Business Development Trainees for four months and receive a monthly stipend of ₹20,000.
Performance during training will be assessed on:
Product and process understanding
Communication and international calling ability
Lead generation and qualification
Client follow-up and relationship management
Proposal and quotation accuracy
Reporting, discipline and attendance
Sales potential and overall performance
After successful completion of training and satisfactory assessment:
Designation: Business Development Associate / Sales Associate
Fixed Annual CTC: ₹3.00 LPA
Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per company policy
Completion of the training period will not automatically guarantee confirmation or promotion. Final appointment will depend on performance, attendance, conduct, assessment results and management approval.

Selection will be based on communication ability, aptitude, confidence, business-development potential, written-test performance and overall suitability for the role.
Important Note
The training stipend, post-training designation, fixed CTC, incentives and employment terms will be governed by the final offer letter and applicable company policies.
