Elite Forge Digital is hiring motivated and result-oriented B2C Sales Associates to generate leads, communicate with potential customers, promote our digital and AI-powered solutions, and close sales.
The role involves contacting prospects through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable solutions, handling objections, following up with leads, and successfully converting prospects into customers.
This is a 100% performance-based, commission-only opportunity, where you can earn up to 20% commission on every sale you successfully close. There is no fixed salary, and your earning potential depends on your sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up with potential customers.
- Present and explain Elite Forge Digital’s services.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Negotiate and close sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve individual sales targets and maximize commission earnings.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interest in sales and business development.
- Confidence in communicating with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Basic knowledge of digital/AI services is an advantage.
