- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Preferred: [B.Tech](http://b.tech/), MCA, BCA, MBA, or [M.Tech](http://m.tech/)
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Engage and consult with potential learners to understand their career aspirations and recommend suitable Scaler programs
- Qualify leads and manage the entire sales funnel to drive high-quality conversions
- Follow up regularly to build trust and communicate Scaler’s value proposition
- Consistently meet or exceed individual revenue targets through a consultative sales approach
𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent customer engagement and consultative selling skills
CRM knowledge (LeadSquared preferred, not mandatory)
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- Experience in K-12+ or higher education domains
- Exposure to tech-based learning products
- Proven success in handling high-ticket sales (₹50K+)
