We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Specialist with strong expertise in B2B lead generation. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in identifying potential prospects through Google Maps, LinkedIn, and B2B directories, and converting them into qualified leads through strategic outreach via calls, emails, and messaging.
This role requires research skills, communication confidence, persistence, and a data-driven approach to pipeline building.
Generate high-quality B2B leads using:
Google Maps (local business extraction & profiling)
LinkedIn (Sales Navigator preferred)
B2B directories & databases
Build and maintain organized prospect databases (Excel/CRM).
Conduct cold calling and follow-ups with potential clients.
Draft and send professional outreach emails and LinkedIn messages.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate tracking of outreach efforts and lead status.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Identify new prospecting opportunities and improve outreach strategies.
6 months –1 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development.
Hands-on experience with:
LinkedIn lead research
Google Maps data extraction
B2B directories & online databases
Strong cold calling and communication skills.
Experience using CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience in investment, finance, consulting, or B2B services.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification frameworks.
