Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, investors, landowners, and strategic partners.

• Generate leads and follow up with prospects to convert into business opportunities.

• Pitch company services (real estate, interior projects, investments) effectively to potential clients.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitor activities.

• Negotiate and close business deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Attend networking events, industry exhibitions, and meetings to enhance company visibility.

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management review.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, project, marketing) to ensure client requirements are met.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (real estate/interior industry preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media platforms for business.

• Ability to meet targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
