Job Opening: Sales/Marketing Coordinator (Female)

Experience: Minimum 5–8 years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

Omega QMS Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Coordinator to drive outreach and engagement with prospective clients, including large industrial corporations and law firms. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in lead generation, client communication, and campaign coordination, supporting the overall sales and marketing objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with prospective clients through email, calls, and follow-ups

• Identify and target potential clients via data mining and research

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large companies and law firms

• Draft and send professional email campaigns and follow-up communications

• Organize and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and trade shows

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis

• Maintain CRM records and prepare sales/marketing reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms preferred
