Job Responsibilities:
Identify, search, and onboard local distributors, dealers, and wholesalers for packed mineral water.
Develop and expand distribution networks in assigned territories.
Conduct market surveys to identify potential areas, retailers, and bulk buyers.
Promote FreshnUp Mineral Water to retailers, institutions, hotels, offices, and events.
Negotiate distributor terms, margins, and order volumes.
Ensure regular order flow, payment collection, and relationship management.
Coordinate with logistics and production for smooth supply.
Monitor market competition, pricing, and customer feedback.
Achieve monthly and quarterly distribution & sales targets.
Maintain distributor database and daily field reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (MBA – Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–5 years experience in FMCG / Beverage / Water / Distribution Sales.
Strong local market knowledge.
Good communication & negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in the field.
Two-wheeler mandatory.
Smartphone with WhatsApp & basic reporting skills.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Mineral Water / Soft Drinks / FMCG Distribution.
Existing contacts with distributors or retailers.
