Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Associate to join our growing team. This role combines customer support and sales responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and building strong relationships.

As a Business Associate, you will assist customers with their queries, provide support throughout the customer journey, and help generate business opportunities by coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and messages

• Provide excellent customer support and ensure customer satisfaction

• Follow up with leads and assist in converting potential customers

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and smooth operations

• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates

• Build positive relationships with property owners and tenants

• Support sales and business development activities

• Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication with customers

Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of experience in Customer Support, Sales, or Business Development

• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

• Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to handle CRM tools

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
