Coordinate meetings between potential distributors and company management.
Support documentation, KYC, and onboarding process for new distributors.
Achieve monthly targets for distributor appointments.
Maintain regular follow-up and relationship with leads.
Submit daily/weekly field activity reports.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in Agriculture / Fertilizer / Seed / Pesticide / FMCG sector (preferred but not compulsory).
Strong networking ability in rural/agri markets.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and ready to work on field.
Smartphone and basic digital skills required.
