Job Overview
NGC is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Advisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, client relationship management, or the export-import industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable export-import services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for export-import services.
Connect with potential clients, businesses, traders, manufacturers, and exporters/importers.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions.
Explain the company's export-import services, benefits, and processes to prospective clients.
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and conversions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Stay updated on market trends and business development opportunities in the export-import sector.
Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, client servicing, or export-import services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation, convincing, and client-handling abilities.
Good lead generation and follow-up skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Target-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
Professional attitude, confidence, and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of export-import procedures and documentation will be an added advantage.
