We are looking for a Business Administrator to join our team at Shivam Car Rentals. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 12,000 - ₹ 15,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

  • Publish of Next Day rides 9.00 am

  • Handling passenger calls ...

  • l handle Parent Device , Save numbers ,Send them Posters.

  • Authorites

  • You can Appoint driver after FTF interview and my approval.

  • Driver salary increase/ de
  • ase/ incentive

  • Driver Leaves and offs

  • Driver and car documents Handling

  • Send Notice

  • Suspend / Terminate the driver with my approv
  • Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Wtsp Handling, phone Calling, Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
