Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their queries.
Provide product information, features, and pricing details to customers.
Demonstrate products and guide customers toward the right purchase based on their needs.
Process billing and payments using POS systems.
Handle cash, UPI, credit/debit card transactions accurately.
Maintain records of sales, returns, and customer details.
Assist with inventory checks and ensure products are well-stocked and properly displayed.
Follow up with customers on orders, delivery, or any after-sales service.
Keep the counter area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Report customer feedback, complaints, or suggestions to the supervisor.
Support other store operations as needed.
Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; Graduate preferred.
1–3 years of experience in counter sales, retail, or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and billing systems (POS).
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
