Job Description – Sales Executive (Junior/Senior)
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 74A
Department: Sales
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales (based on experience level)

Job Summary:

We are hiring Sales Executives at both junior and senior levels to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, networking, and digital outreach

• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure

• Maintain and update CRM/customer databases

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Attend client meetings, presentations, and industry events

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned sales campaigns

• Prepare sales reports and performance forecasts

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

• (Senior-level only) Mentor junior team members and contribute to strategic planning

• (Senior-level only) Negotiate and close high-value contracts and accounts

Requirements:

For Junior Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred)

• 0.6–2 years of experience in sales or customer service

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

• Basic MS Office skills; CRM exposure is a plus

For Senior Role:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

• 3–4+ years of B2B/B2C sales experience

• Proven track record in achieving/exceeding targets

• Advanced negotiation and strategic thinking abilities

• Experience using CRM tools

• Leadership and team mentoring experience

• Willingness to travel, if required
