SATV Dairy (Satv Ancient Superfoods Pvt. Ltd.) is a premium artisanal food brand dedicated to traditional Indian nutrition and wellness. We specialize in handmade A2 dairy products, Bilona Ghee, healthy laddus, natural cookies, wood-pressed oils, traditional pickles, millet products, natural sweeteners, and luxury artisanal gifting. Our products are made without preservatives, refined sugar, refined flour, palm oil, artificial colors, or chemicals.
Role Objective
To build SATV Dairy into India's most trusted premium natural foods brand by driving online sales, strengthening brand positioning, increasing customer engagement, and expanding digital presence across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Development & Positioning
Develop and maintain a premium, luxury, and authentic brand image.
Ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Create brand storytelling around traditional nutrition, indigenous cows, sustainability, and artisanal craftsmanship.
Build SATV Dairy as a trusted wellness and lifestyle brand.
Digital Sales Growth
Increase sales through website, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and social commerce.
Develop online customer acquisition strategies.
Optimize conversion rates and customer journey.
Create monthly sales growth plans and targets.
Social Media Management
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.
Plan and execute content calendars.
Grow followers and engagement organically.
Collaborate with influencers, nutritionists, chefs, and wellness experts.
Performance Marketing
Run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor ROI and customer acquisition costs.
Execute remarketing and customer retention campaigns.
Generate qualified leads for stores, gifting, and subscriptions.
E-Commerce Management
Manage website and online ordering systems.
Improve website user experience.
Track analytics and customer behavior.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
Build loyalty and subscription programs.
Manage customer reviews and feedback.
Implement email and WhatsApp marketing automation.
Improve customer retention and repeat purchases.
Marketplace Expansion
Manage presence on online marketplaces.
Optimize product listings.
Monitor ratings and reviews.
Drive marketplace sales growth.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Track sales, traffic, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI.
Recommend actionable improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
MBA (Marketing), Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Business Management, or related field.
Experience
5+ years in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, E-commerce, or Growth Marketing.
Experience with premium food, FMCG, luxury, wellness, organic, or lifestyle brands preferred.
