Job Title: E-commerce Brand Manager / Marketplace Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Brand Manager to manage product listings and coordinate with various online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate, optimized, and high-performing product listings across all platforms while maintaining strong relationships with marketplace partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain product listings across all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
Ensure all product data including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications are accurate and optimized
Handle catalog uploads, bulk listings, and regular updates
Coordinate with marketplace account managers for onboarding, listing approvals, and issue resolution
Monitor listing performance and optimize content to improve visibility, ranking, and conversions
Track and resolve listing issues such as suppressed listings, errors, or policy violations
Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and changing policies
Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, inventory, logistics) for smooth product launches
Plan and execute platform promotions, deals, and campaigns
Maintain consistency in branding and product presentation across all marketplaces
Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or similar role
Hands-on experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Shopify
Strong understanding of product listing optimization (SEO, keywords, images)
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a D2C or marketplace-driven business
