Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Manager to join our marketing agency. The
ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,
ensuring their brand’s marketing objectives are met efficiently. This role requires excellent
communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact between clients
and the agency, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction.
• Brand Strategy & Alignment: Work closely with clients to understand their brand
objectives and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
• Campaign Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, SEO, paid
media) to execute digital marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze marketing campaign performance,
providing clients with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness,
engagement metrics, and other key performance indicators.
• Problem-Solving: Address client concerns proactively and offer innovative solutions to
enhance their brand’s digital presence.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging
marketing strategies to provide value-driven insights to clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business development and account management teams
to drive client growth and retention.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related
field.
• 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or brand coordination
within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, PPC,
influencer marketing, and content marketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, project management software, and analytics tools.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
