Job Summary:
Biryaanism is hiring a Marketing & Brand Manager to oversee digital marketing, brand communication, and PR initiatives. The role involves managing campaigns, social media presence, influencer tie-ups, and customer engagement while leading a small creative team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and share impactful brand stories across digital platforms.
• Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners.
• Manage Biryaanism App offers, notifications, and engagement campaigns.
• Lead PR and marketing initiatives within budget, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Guide team workflow, creative output, and customer retention activities.

Candidate Profile:
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills with PR expertise.
• Leadership ability to manage and inspire a small marketing team.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, image/video editing, and social media tools.
• Creative storyteller with a strong aesthetic sense and emotional narrative flow.
• Multi-lingual communicator: fluent in Bengali, English & Hindi.
• Experienced candidates preferred; freshers with strong creative skills may also apply.
