Responsibilities:
Work closely with the partner bank branch and build strong relationships with Branch Managers and bank staff.
Generate life insurance business through the bank's existing customer base, walk-ins, referrals, and leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable life insurance products.
Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, benefits, and policy terms.
Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with bank staff to generate and convert business opportunities.
Conduct branch-level activities to increase customer awareness about life insurance.
Support bank employees with product knowledge and sales assistance.
Maintain regular follow-ups for proposal submission, issuance, and customer servicing.
Ensure all business is conducted as per company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1+ years of experience in Life Insurance / Banking / BFSI / Any Sales preferred.
Comfortable working at/with partner bank branches.
