Key Responsibilities:
Contact and convert company-generated leads
Meet customers face-to-face and explain life insurance products
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain long-term customer relationships
Cross-sell and upsell insurance products
Ensure proper documentation and policy issuance
Follow up for premium renewals
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM system
Participate in branch sales meetings and training programs
