We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Sales Manager to join Veronica Hair Replacement Solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the branch, handling the sales team, conducting customer consultations, maintaining stock, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: 12th Pass or Above
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the complete branch team and daily operations.

• Handle customer consultations and understand their hair replacement needs.

• Convert consultations into sales and achieve monthly branch targets.

• Manage and update CRM software with customer details, follow-ups, leads, and sales records.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls and messages.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Manage branch stock and inventory, including hair patches, wigs, and other products.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for timely replenishment.

• Train and guide team members to improve sales and customer handling.

• Maintain proper records of sales, leads, consultations, stock, and daily branch activities.

• Coordinate with the head office and internal teams for smooth service delivery.

• Identify new sales opportunities and support local marketing activities.

• Share regular sales, customer, team, and stock reports with management.

Job Requirements

• 12th Pass or Above

• 1–2+ years of experience in sales, branch management, retail, customer service, or a similar role.

• Experience managing a team is preferred.

• Comfortable using CRM software and maintaining customer records.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer-handling and consultation skills.

• Ability to close sales and achieve targets.

• Basic knowledge of stock/inventory management.

• Responsible, confident, organized, and customer-focused.

• Ability to handle multiple branch responsibilities independently.
