Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Branch Manager – Sales to lead and grow our computer training center. The candidate will be responsible for driving student admissions, managing the sales team, overseeing daily branch operations, building local partnerships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual admission and revenue targets
Plan and execute sales strategies to increase student enrollments
Generate leads through schools, colleges, corporates, societies, and local marketing
Build partnerships with educational institutions and organizations
Conduct seminars, demos, and promotional activities
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage counselors and sales staff
Set targets and monitor team performance
Conduct daily/weekly sales meetings
Motivate the team to achieve targets
Marketing & Promotion
Execute local marketing campaigns
Plan events, workshops, and career guidance programs
Handle digital leads and walk-in inquiries
Strengthen brand presence in the local market
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
Maintain CRM and lead data
Manage expenses and branch budgeting
Ensure compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
HSC /Bachelor’s degree
6 Months to 1 year of experience in sales/education industry
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Experience in education sales is a plus
