Home Loan Sales Officer – Job Description

Company: Hinduja Housing Finance
Department: Branch Sales Manager
Job Type: Full-Time

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate leads for Home Loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
Source customers through field visits, builders, connectors, brokers, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Explain loan products and guide customers through the loan process.
Conduct market surveys and promotional activities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Complete customer KYC and documentation.
Maintain daily sales reports and follow-up records.
Develop channel partners and DSA networks for business generation.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Lead generation and field sales experience.
Customer handling and relationship management.
Basic knowledge of Home Loans / Mortgage products.
Ability to work under targets.
