
We are looking for a dynamic Branch Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for the branch. The candidate will be responsible for business development, client acquisition, team management, and achieving revenue targets in line with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Drive branch sales targets for equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Sales Executives
Develop and implement strategies for client acquisition and business growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI and retail clients
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
Conduct sales meetings, reviews, and performance tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer service
Identify market opportunities and expand the branch business
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of equity markets, trading, and financial products
Proven experience in sales and team handling
Excellent leadership and team management skills
