We are looking for a Branch Sales Manager to join our team at IDFC First Bharat. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
• To train RM and SRM for LAP and HL
products and to deal with Connectors,
DSA and DSTs and to maiintain strong
relationships with existing clients and
motivate them to refer new business..
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and must have team handling experience with proven record in Property and Housing loans.
