We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Ayurvedic clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, lead generation, and CRM management, along with the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete branch operations including front office, therapists, and backend coordination
Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets
Handle lead generation activities and ensure proper conversion through follow-ups
Manage and maintain CRM systems for tracking leads, consultations, and patient records
Monitor patient experience and ensure high-quality service standards
Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
Ensure proper documentation (case sheets, billing, reports, etc.)
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns professionally
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any discipline)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in:
Sales
Lead Generation
CRM handling
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Basic knowledge of healthcare or Ayurveda industry is an added advantage
