We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting our trading and investment services, and achieving sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential investors, traders, and businesses interested in stock market investments.
· Sales & Advisory: Pitch stock broking services, trading accounts, and investment products to prospective clients.
· Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, providing regular market updates, investment insights, and personalized service.
· Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
· Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
· Market Research: Stay informed about stock market trends, investment strategies, and competitor activities to enhance sales effectiveness.
· Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client transactions and KYC documentation comply with regulatory requirements.
· Cross-Selling Opportunities: Promote other financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and PMS services.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience in stock broking, financial services, or investment advisory is preferred.
Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment products.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
NISM Certification is a plus.
