Branch Relationship Executive Job Description The Branch Relationship Executive (BRE) is a key role responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships. Their responsibilities include:
Welcoming and supporting customers when they visit the branch.
Building relationships by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right banking products.
Handling everyday account queries and ensuring issues are solved quickly.
Helping grow the branch’s business by deepening existing relationships and bringing in new ones.
Reliability, empathy, and clear communication are essential, alongside sales ability.
Manage a personal portfolio of customers, conduct needs-based conversations, and follow-ups.
Open and service accounts, set up mobile/online banking, and resolve issues within SLA.
The role requires a min SSLC to bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a banking environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also crucial. Very Good communication in English, Kannada & other languages will be an added advantage
