Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and supporting customers when they visit the branch.
Building relationships by understanding customer needs and matching them with the right banking products.
Handling everyday account queries and ensuring issues are solved quickly.
Helping grow the branch’s business by deepening existing relationships and bringing in new ones.
Providing personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
Managing customer data in the CRM system.
Conducting regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
Collaborating with branch staff to achieve branch targets and enhance overall performance.
The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum 10th standard, to Max any bachelor's degree or PG in finance, business, or a related field, proven experience in customer service or sales, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
