We are looking for an energetic and confident BPO Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Madhavaram, Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales conversion process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.

• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate, qualify, and follow up with leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records.

• Update lead details using Excel or internal systems.

• Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and closure.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.

• Cold Calling and Telesales skills.

• Lead Generation and Follow-up skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Basic MS Excel knowledge.

• Customer handling and relationship-building skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Eligibility

• Qualification: Graduate and above.

• Experience: 0–1 year in Sales / Telesales / Pre-Sales.

• Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also apply.

• Gender: All genders.

• Work Location: Madhavaram, Chennai.

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
