We are looking for a Telecaller Assistant to support our calling team by handling customer interactions, managing data, and ensuring smooth communication. This role is ideal for candidates with good communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist telecallers in handling inbound & outbound calls
Maintain and update customer databases (Excel/CRM)
Follow up with leads and schedule callbacks
Handle basic customer queries and route calls to seniors
Prepare daily call reports and performance data
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, typing)
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Freshers & experienced both can apply
