Role Overview

• Purpose: Drive sales, build customer rapport, and manage client databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Dial potential customers using predefined scripts to introduce services or products.

• Inbound Support: Answer incoming queries and assist clients with helpful information.

• Lead Follow-Up: Call interested prospects back to nurture relationships and push them through the sales pipeline.

• Data Management: Update customer logs, feedback, and notes accurately in the company's CRM software.

Job Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Communication: Clear, polite verbal communication skills and active listening.

• Tech Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
