⏰ Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

### 💰 Salary Package

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Fixed) + Attractive Incentives

Salary negotiable based on interview & experience

### Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and drive a team in the Personal Loan process. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, ensuring high-quality customer interaction, and maximizing loan disbursals through effective team management and process adherence.

### Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of telesales executives handling personal loan products

• Drive team performance to achieve monthly targets (login, approval, and disbursal)

• Monitor daily calling activities and ensure productivity standards are met

• Provide product training and continuous coaching to team members

• Handle customer and process escalations effectively

• Ensure proper follow-up with customers and banks/NBFCs for loan processing

• Track and improve conversion ratios (lead to login, login to disbursal)

• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies

• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports

• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Quality, HR) for smooth functioning

### Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in Personal Loan / Financial Sales (Team Handling experience preferred)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Target-driven with strong analytical skills

• Good knowledge of loan products, banks, and NBFC processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools

### Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience in •Personal Loan / BFSI / Fintech industry••

• Prior experience as Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive

• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
