Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader (TL) with strong expertise in Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, Attrition Calculation, and Shrinkage Formula Analysis. Candidates must have at least 1 year of on-paper experience in a Team Leader role, preferably in BPO, Sales, Operations, or Backend process.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills, workforce management knowledge, and hands-on experience in team handling and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Prepare MIS reports using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Formulas, Dashboards)

• Calculate and analyze Attrition Rate and Shrinkage Percentage

• Monitor team productivity, attendance, and performance metrics

• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance improvement plans

• Ensure process compliance and quality standards

• Coordinate with management for reporting and performance review

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year experience as Team Leader (TL) (On Paper Mandatory)

• Strong command of Advanced Excel & Reporting Tools

• Good understanding of Attrition & Shrinkage Formulas

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Target-driven and data-oriented mindset
