Job Title: Bar Captain

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bar Captain to join a reputed Resort cum restaurant. This role involves managing bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and contributing to business growth by building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver a smooth and engaging bar experience.

Compensation:
In-hand salary: ₹17000-20000 + performance-based incentives + Accommodation Food provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth day-to-day bar operations and service

• Interact with guests to understand their preferences and provide excellent service

• Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and mocktails

• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and handle guest concerns professionally

• Present, promote, and suggest bar products effectively to enhance sales

• Maintain inventory control and ensure proper stock management

• Conduct basic market awareness to understand customer preferences

• Assist in increasing revenue through upselling techniques

• Maintain records of daily sales and bar activities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (H.S.) Pass

• Experience: 2–3 years in bar operations or hospitality industry

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric attitude with good guest handling ability

• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and bar service

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic inventory management knowledge
