Job Description:
We are a growing jewellery company based in Mumbai seeking a proactive and result-oriented Office-Based Sales Executive (B2B) to manage client relationships, drive sales through coordination, and support business growth from the office. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery sales, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the jewellery manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
· Handle inbound and outbound sales communication with B2B clients including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
· Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
· Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
· Understand client requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
· Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
· Client Coordination
· Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
· Manage order processing, follow-ups, and ensure timely delivery of products.
· Provide regular updates to clients regarding order status.
· Handle client queries, concerns, and provide effective after-sales support.
· Brand Support
· Assist in promoting company products through digital communication and client engagement.
· Support participation in exhibitions and trade shows (coordination and follow-ups).
· Reporting & Documentation
· Maintain updated records in CRM systems for all client interactions and sales activities.
· Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance.
· Ensure proper documentation of orders, quotations, and client communications.
