Job Title: Sales Consultant

Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

Sharayu Hyundai is seeking an energetic and target-oriented Sales Consultant for our Juinagar showroom. The candidate will be responsible for driving automobile sales, handling customer inquiries, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

Attend walk-in customers and explain Hyundai vehicle features
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable models
Conduct test drives and follow up for closures
Generate new leads through calls, references, and field marketing
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM records and customer database
Coordinate with finance/insurance team for deal processing
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
1–6 years of experience in automobile sales or related sales field
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Presentable and customer-friendly personality
Basic computer knowledge
