Automobile Sales Executive

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Front Sales Supervisor to manage front-desk operations and drive sales at our car detailing studio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer service, team supervision, and increasing service sales while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front-desk operations and welcome customers professionally

• Explain car detailing packages and upsell additional services

• Supervise front sales staff and coordinate with detailing team

• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and complaints

• Maintain daily sales records and prepare basic reports

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business

• Monitor inventory of products and coordinate restocking

• Achieve monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or supervisory role (automotive industry preferred)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Leadership and team management abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (billing, booking system, Excel)

• Target-driven and result-oriented

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of car detailing services and products

• Upselling and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
