Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executive with proven experience in direct sales and automobile sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong customer relationship skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets through effective customer engagement and product promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert leads through direct customer interactions and field sales activities.

• Promote and sell passenger and commercial vehicles as per customer requirements.

• Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new automobile products.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Direct Sales.

• Prior experience in automobile/car sales is mandatory.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven track record in car sales and customer acquisition.

• Self-motivated with a strong sales orientation.

• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.

• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
