🎯 Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and understand their requirements for new cars.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, offers, finance and insurance options.

Generate new leads through calls, references, field visits, digital enquiries and local marketing.

Follow up regularly with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Negotiate with customers and successfully close vehicle sales.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, RTO and delivery teams for a smooth purchase experience.

Maintain accurate customer and lead records in CRM.

Keep updated with vehicle models, features, offers and competitor products.

Ensure excellent customer experience before, during and after vehicle delivery.

Generate referrals and repeat business from existing customers.

👤 Candidate Profile

Good communication and convincing skills.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.

Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.

Positive personality with good negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of automobiles is preferred.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.

Automobile sales experience is preferred, but freshers with good communication and sales aptitude can also apply.

Candidates from automobile, retail, banking, insurance, FMCG or other sales backgrounds may be considered.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month
