Job Overview

Kalyani Motors is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Automobile Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth by achieving assigned targets. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, confident in pitching products, and motivated by performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and digital platforms

• Engage with potential customers and understand their automobile requirements

• Present, promote, and sell vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and pricing

• Conduct market research to stay updated on customer preferences and competitor offerings

• Negotiate pricing and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction

• Prepare product presentations and demonstrations when required

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Graduate

• Experience: 0 – 5 years in automobile sales or a related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-centric mindset with good convincing and negotiation abilities

• Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively

• Basic knowledge of sales tracking and follow-up processes
