About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our Kinetic EV showroom. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, conducting vehicle demonstrations and test rides, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and professionally handle showroom walk-in customers and enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend the right Kinetic EV model.

• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance and offers.

• Conduct effective vehicle demonstrations and test rides.

• Generate leads through follow-ups, referrals and local market activities.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

• Coordinate with the documentation, finance, insurance and delivery teams.

• Ensure an excellent customer experience from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

• Follow up with existing customers for referrals and repeat business.

• Stay updated on Kinetic EV products, pricing, offers and competitors.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience in automobile sales is a MUST.

• Experience in two-wheeler / EV / automobile dealership sales will be preferred.

• Strong communication and convincing skills.

• Good knowledge of sales follow-up and customer handling.

• Target-oriented with a strong focus on conversions.

• Basic computer/CRM knowledge.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

Working Details

Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: 1 weekday
Timings: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
Salary: ₹20,000 per month + Incentives on sales as per company policy

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate should be a confident automobile sales professional who understands dealership sales, can handle customers independently, is comfortable with targets, and has a proven ability to convert enquiries into vehicle sales.

Candidates without automobile sales experience will not be considered.
