Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales operations for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler automobile segments
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across both categories
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, OEMs, and channel partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Ensure smooth showroom operations and high customer satisfaction
Manage sales forecasting, MIS reports, and performance analysis
Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team to improve conversion ratios
Coordinate with marketing, finance, insurance, and after-sales teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry standards
