Pledge Foundation is a Section 8 non-profit working across healthcare, education, and community development across India Medicare health camps, Medical Emergency Support, Saksham, the Green Period Initiative, and Solar Smiles.

The role
We're building program collaborations with other NGOs organisations working toward the same goals, where a joint effort reaches further than either of us alone. You'll find those partners, build the relationship, and turn shared intent into a running program on the ground.

This isn't fundraising. It's partnership-building: understanding what another NGO does well, where we complement each other, and structuring a collaboration that works for both teams.

What you'll do

• Map NGOs, foundations, and CBOs in our program areas and find where our strengths complement theirs

• Meet NGO leadership, understand their priorities, and propose collaborations worth their time

• Structure the deal: who does what, MOUs, timelines, and how success gets measured

• Coordinate both teams through implementation and keep everyone accountable to what was agreed

• Document outcomes from the field and maintain the partnership pipeline

What we need

• 1–3 years in the social sector NGO programs, field work, partnerships, or community development

• Strong written English you'll draft proposals and MOUs. Non-negotiable.

• Credible with an NGO director, useful on a field site

• Organised and relentless on follow-up that's most of this job

• Graduate; MSW, Social Work, or Development Studies preferred

• Willing to travel across Maharashtra. Marathi a plus.

Existing relationships in the Maharashtra NGO ecosystem · experience coordinating a program on the ground · MOU/partnership documentation · 12A/80G, FCRA basics
