Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer to promote and sell Life Insurance products for Axis Max Life Insurance. The candidate will be responsible for meeting prospective customers, converting company-provided leads into sales, and achieving monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Life Insurance products offered by Axis Max Life Insurance.

• Company-generated leads will be provided. Contact the assigned leads, schedule client meetings, understand customer requirements, explain suitable Life Insurance plans, and convert them into successful sales.

• Guide customers through the policy application process, documentation, and policy issuance.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (preferably in banking, NBFC, or insurance).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good understanding of Life Insurance products and market trends.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in selling financial products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, or Investment Plans.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings. Two-wheeler is mandatory.
