Salary / CTC

• AM – Household (HH): Up to ₹4.60 LPA

  • Age Limit: Below 28 years

• AM – Current Account (CA): Up to ₹5.15 LPA

  • Age Limit: Below 30 years

Job Responsibilities

• Acquire new Household / Current Account customers for the bank.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking.

• Achieve monthly acquisition and revenue targets.

• Promote bank products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking solutions.

• Ensure compliance with bank policies and documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in banking sales / CASA / financial products preferred.

• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.

• Willing to work in field sales.
