Position: Sales Manager – Life Insurance
We are looking for energetic and self-driven Sales Managers to join Axis Max Life Insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet customers, understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful business closures.
• Recruit, onboard and develop Life Insurance Advisors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors.
• Drive advisor activation and business performance.
• Achieve monthly sales and recruitment targets.
• Provide regular support and guidance to advisors for business generation.
