*Key Responsibilities*
- *Client Acquisition*: Convert leads through calls, site visits, and meetings. Leads come from company CRM and self-generation
- *Project Advisory*: Understand client requirements and suggest the best options from Square Yards’ empaneled projects. Handle projects from developers like K Raheja, Lodha, Godrej
- *Site Visits & Negotiation*: Coordinate site visits with clients and help negotiate rates with developers
- *End-to-End Deal Closure*: Assist clients through the entire process from booking form to loan, agreement, and registration
- *Market Intelligence*: Maintain complete knowledge of micro-markets, pricing, and new launches
- *Target Achievement*: Meet monthly/quarterly revenue and unit sales targets
- *CRM Updation*: Update all client interactions, follow-ups, and site visits on Leadsquared/Salesforce
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- *Education*: Graduate in any stream. MBA preferred but not mandatory
- *Experience*: 6 month - 5 years.
- *Skills*:
1. Excellent communication & negotiation skills in Hindi + English
2. Target-driven and street-smart approach
3. Basic Excel, CRM handling
