Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and performance-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, handling client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies for AI, SaaS, and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the Sales Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Manage lead qualification, follow-ups, and deal closures

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and channel sales

Support proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, and contracts

Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools

Coordinate with marketing and product teams for campaign execution

Handle key accounts and upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Required Skills

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales

Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills

Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in AI, SaaS, EdTech, FinTech, or IT services

Exposure to enterprise or institutional sales

Education
