We are looking for a polite and confident telecaller who can communicate effectively with people and support our NGO activities. The main role of the telecaller is to make calls to individuals and inform them about the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and social causes. The candidate will request support in the form of donations, participation, or awareness, and maintain a positive and respectful conversation with every caller. The telecaller should be able to clearly explain the purpose of the NGO, answer basic questions, and build trust with potential donors or supporters. They will also be responsible for keeping records of calls, updating data, and following up when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to explain NGO campaigns and initiatives
Encourage donations and support for social causes
Maintain proper call records and update databases
Handle queries in a polite and professional manner
Follow up with interested donors or supporters
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English or regional language)
Basic knowledge of calling and customer handling
Positive attitude and willingness to work for a social cause
Basic computer knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling or customer service
Ability to convince and build rapport with people
