असिस्टेंट सेल्स मैनेजर

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team in achieving revenue and business growth targets. The role involves managing customer relationships, supporting sales strategies, monitoring team performance, generating new business opportunities, and assisting the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.

• Monitor sales activities and prepare regular sales reports.

• Support and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

• Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order execution.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Conduct sales meetings and assist in team performance reviews.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/ERP systems.

• Assist the Sales Manager with sales forecasts, targets, and business plans.

• Ensure timely collection/payment follow-ups where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.

• Experience in supervising or supporting a sales team is preferred.

• Industry-specific experience will be an advantage.
